Shipping policy

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order to Ireland.

Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers' warehouses, mostly in China and some within the EU. Orders usually arrive in 8 to 15 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If an order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

No charges at the door

All prices include VAT, and we pay any EU import duty. You should never be asked to pay customs charges on delivery. If a courier asks you to pay anything, please don't; email us and we will sort it.

Late or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived 20 working days after you placed it, email sean.counihan1@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it, replace it or refund you.
