Your right to cancel

You can cancel any order, or return any item, within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason.

How to return something

Email sean.counihan1@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the returns address. Please post the item back unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

We refund the full price you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, to the card you paid with, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you have sent it.

Faulty or not as described

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with a photo and your order number. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply in full, and we will repair, replace or refund it.
